Today on the 03/03/2016 I attended at a bicycle maintenance club at Upper Clapton, Fawcett Estate. At this club it allows you to get a chance to Adjust and Fix your bicycle and also make new friends. This bike club is a really good facility on an estate because alot of the population in London use bicycles to travel from A to B or used to Knock about and have fun with. This Bike club is on at the late hours of the day for some on a Thursday Evening, from 18.00 until 20.00. I think this is a really good idea for this Bike Maintenance to be on the estate because people any age or race can come to the club to fix and even rebuild a bike.

Today on the 02/03/2016 at Concorde Youth Center we taken part in helping out in a cycling session for the younger generation. These sessions are once a week on a Wednesday from 4.20-5.20. I think this is a good idea to come on these bike rides because it could inspire and help the younger generation to take part in a fun activity. This is also beneficial because regular cycling can help you loose weight and slowly improve your fitness and stay in shape.

BMXing

For 3 weeks every Monday, Cycling club Hackney have been hosting BMXing introduction sessions at Lea Valley Velo Park for FREE. After these Sessions of BMXing we would be attending Mountain Biking sessions with £0 Costs. These sessions are FREE for youth because the club is Sponsored and is funded By Hackney Council, Young Hackney and more.
Also if anybody wants to Continue with BMXing for an activity to pass time, Enjoyment or even a hobby. You Could ALWAYS be welcome to join, 1st session for a new member is FREE,  and every session you attend after that would be a little Cost of £3. The sessions are with HKNYBMX Club,
these sessions would be Hosted at a local BMX park, in Hackney at Haggerston Park, By a Professional and Trained BMX Coach who was an Ex BMX cyclist.

Today on the 21/12/2015 at Lea valley Velo Park  with Cycling Club Hackney, our club has set a new world record of the One Hour attempt as a club. which is one of the things that we have been training and working up with Endurance and pace / speed.

Today on the 19/12/2015 with Cycling Club Hackney, we done a roller race event which was the length of 1000 Meters.
which is equivalent to a sprint at the end of a bike race heading towards the Finnish line.

Today the 03/11/2015 I went Cycling just to train and get a positive view to cycling, on my Journey I went to a road out of use, and done Some Uphill Standing starts, which is a exercise to increase your power and endurance. I was told to train on this by my cycling coach Keir Apperly, Who is my cycling coach who is also the manager of Cycling Club Hackney and a cyclist himself. I also worked on 250 meter sprints, this is part is pure power from the core glycogen, where this occurs at the end of a race and is what I am working up to.
