Today on the 02/03/2016 at Concorde Youth Center we taken part in helping out in a cycling session for the younger generation. These sessions are once a week on a Wednesday from 4.20-5.20. I think this is a good idea to come on these bike rides because it could inspire and help the younger generation to take part in a fun activity. This is also beneficial because regular cycling can help you loose weight and slowly improve your fitness and stay in shape.
